Charles Scott was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations of PresGar Companies on October 1, 2003. He joined PresGar in September 1999 as Director of Operations, Northeast Region. Most recently, Mr. Scott oversees all operating and development divisions of PresGar. Since joining the company, he has been responsible for developing a new organizational structure and providing leadership, integral components of PresGar's growth.

Mr. Scott is a recognized business leader with over twenty years of experience and proven accomplishments in the diagnostic imaging industry. His background includes extensive experience in planning, developing, organizing and managing professional corporations with multiple outpatient radiology facilities.

During his twenty year career, Mr. Scott has held executive and director positions with public and private companies in the diagnostic imaging industry. Prior to joining PresGar Companies, Mr. Scott served as Director of Operations of PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging a $400 million dollar Practice Management Corporation. From Feburary1985 through March 1998, Mr. Scott served as Chief Operating Officer of WorldCare Imaging, Inc, a worldwide telemedicine and diagnostic imaging company.
