Jeff Greenberg's practice concentrates
in the area of general corporate law, corporate transactions,
mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganization law. He
has been general counsel of PresGar Companies since June, 2002,
where he has had responsibility for general legal matters as
well as business related functions as part of PresGar's senior
management team. Prior to his employment with PresGar, Mr. Greenberg
was a shareholder with the law firm of Bush Ross Gardner Warren
& Rudy, P.A., where he practiced law since 1989.
Mr. Greenberg attended Brown University, receiving a bachelor's
degree in economics in 1984. Prior to attending law school,
Mr. Greenberg worked in the mutual fund industry for two years.
He received his law degree, cum laude, in 1989 from Boston College.
Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice in Florida, and the U.S.
District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member
of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Hillsborough
County Bar Association. He has volunteered for several community
services in conjunction with the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Mr. Greenberg was born in Providence, Rhode Island.
