Tammy Womack joined the PresGar Companies as Senior Vice President of Finance in April, 2003. She is responsible for directing the organizational overall financial policies and functions. Financial functions include accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury.

Ms. Womack is a CPA and has twenty years of experience in the finance field. She has over six years in public accounting and fourteen in industry accounting. Her industry experience includes five years with Medical Imaging Centers of America (MICA), a publicly held company that owned and operating diagnostic facilities including both fixed and mobile sites. Subsequent to her tenure at MICA, Ms. Womack was employed by Jenny Craig, Inc. as Director of Finance for eight years. Jenny Craig employed approximately 3,500 employees and owned and operated over 600 weight loss centers.

Ms. Womack earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA.
